Pathetic customer service by DTDC. I hv a parcel sent frm Panchkhula on[protected]. Wid AWB no D22299207. It was expected to be delivered to me today i.e 16-6-15. It reachd my city bt nt yt delivered to me. I just wantd to go and collect it myself from dr office so i called there bt no response of any kind. My complain is mostly become of dr pathetic customer response
