DTDC — delay in shipping the courier,irresponsible behavior,

On 9 th March 2015 i had booked one courier through your DTTC Dhanori branch, but still courier is not ship to the destination, and the branch staff is non cooperative toward customer, even they do not bother to pick the call, and when they picked the call they answered that do what ever you want to do, they do not have the manners how to speak to a lady, THIS KIND OF SERVISE PROVIDES DTTC, THIS IS YOUR DUTY TOWARD YOUR CUSTOMER?
