[Resolved]  DTDC — delay in the service and wrong date of booking

As i booked the courier on 21st dec, but he told on that day no service, it was very urgent to send application for my degree certificate, i told him to sent on 22nd, but for more than one day i can't able to track the parcel, i contact them and call center no one is picking the call, according to the database of dtdc booking is done on 23rd dec, but i have the bill which booking is done on 21st dec. i extremely dissatisfied with the service of dtdc because still it is not reach the destination.
