DTDC — Delayed delivery of courier

Courier [Docket] No.Z46930856 was booked for Allahabad on Friday evening. Till Monday it was shown 'In Transit' as Lucknow; by Tuesday it became 'inTransit' at Lucknow. Today the tracking report shows fake delivery : "Delivered" at 5.00 pm whereas it had not been delivered till 19.45 hrs.

we had sent a letter thru PTP(consignment no E[protected] to bengaluru on 04.06.2015 from your malakpet, hyd office and we were assured that the cover will be delivered by 12.00 noon on 05.06.2015. But the same was delivered in bengaluru at 15.50 hrs. the attitude of the people working in your offices is attrocious. person who delivered the cover at bengaluru when questioned for delay says our's is not the only cover and hence there will be delay. if you cannot deliver the cover in time why do you claim that the cover will be delivered by 12.00 noon. because of your attitude I have taken oath not to utilise your services any more. and i will suggest my friends and my clients not to use your services. Attitude of people at regional office Hyd is very indifferent and no one was attending our calls.

I do not expect that you will take notice of my complaint going by the behaviour of people working in your branch/regional offices
