I had booked a courier from Bangalore to Delhi on 2nd June under Prime time plus for 10.30. It wasn't delivered till 12. When i call up yout helpdesk no[protected], she tells me that my couruie is booked for the 12:00 prime time instead. I have a receipt that clearly states 10:30 and i have paid extra for it as well. Then whn I asked the helpdesk why it wasn't delivered until 12 also, she cut the call and did not receive it again on my repeated call backs.
