I have received my 4-5 parcels at my home address, and this time delivery executive denied for door step delivery. It was not easy for me to walk 3-4 kms by foot as there was no any vehicle available at my home during the day time. Name of the delivery executive was Sameer, Contact number of delivery executive is [protected] My DTDC consignment number : V74171701 I contacted the customer care but they submitted a ticket under my name but there is no response. Aug 2, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved There is no solution from the company. I went there to pickup my order. I walked almost 7-8kms by foot. Worst customer service, worst delivery executive. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 02, 2022 Updated by Abhi1792 Even i complained about this to customer care, they said.. they can't do anything. To be frenq there is nothing like customer service, if you are suffering there is nothing the can do.. i asked delivery executive to come to my place. He clearly said, sir if you want to come then come other i will return the parcel to origin address.. so only i will suffer in that case.. there is nothing will happen to dtdc or their delivery guy.
