Our order with docket no. i01182364 was dispatched from Mumbai on 03/02/2015 and was due to be delivered in Kolkata on 05/02/2015 as promised by the concerned personnel at the time of receipt of the order. The package containing goods for commercial use worth Rs 2 lakhs was due to be used at our client sites.
Despite regular follow ups, we have not yet received the order. Not only have we failed at our commitment to deliver our products to our client which costs us our reputation, our order for Rs. 2 lakhs stands cancelled.
Hence, even if we do receive the order now, we are not interested anymore. DTDC being such an established name in courier services, it is a disappointment to have received such service.
We expect DTDC to compensate for the loss that we have to bear due to their negligence. Obviously, the courier charges if any will not be paid. Was this information helpful? |
