This is Joseph from Chennai i have booked courier from Chennai to Bangalore on 23rd APR but the same has not yet been reached till now .. but the commitment given by the franchise on the very next day in mid-afternoon itself ... no proper conduct number for Bangalore call centre or franchise to conduct all the numbers Given by your people or switched off or not reachable .. The Senior one who spoke with me Lalitha consequently giving Wrong commitment the has been delivered but it has not been done, , , i Need refund of my money and compensation need for you people carelessness and wrong commitment ...
