DTDC — Delivery of item

Hi i have booked a consignment from Hyderabad to mumbai on 9th july with tracking id : H47045972 but still now item is not delivered to the customer. when i call to the mumbai branch they say that consignment is not found it takes time to search since 20 days. i also complained in dtdc customer service with no : 00597757 but still now no response.
