Dear sir/madam This is to complaint a parcel was booked at dtdc courier from bandra mumbai throught universal courier and cargo dates 21/06/2019. The parcel clearly mention the name and address of the consignee and the consignor. The parcel is undelivered to the consignee (My) address. The website shows parcel delivered in guwahati. The parcel was delivered to wrong addres so complaint was sent the dtdc customer support email address [protected]@dtdc.com Dtdc customer support reply consignment delivered on 22/06/2019 and case closed on 27/06/2019. Docket No.Z20567831 is booked on 21st Jun 2019 from Aligarh to delivery at Hyderabad. The docket was reached on 24th Jun 2019 but till the time is not delivered. Taking too dealy because of this company is facing the problems with customers.
