DTDC — DTDC courier service is too poor

I posted an emergency courier to Banglore as it was extremely urgent for me.I have sent my some of original documents to my organization and I used Prime Time plus service and they told me that it will be delivered within 12pm next Day, but its more than 2 days now and the courier is still not delivered. My consignment no is E72114289..Even i check my consignment details till now its in DTDC mumbai BRANCH. I paid them 325 rupees for this service and even i am trying to contact customer service and they are not picking the phone calls. I hate these coompany services bad service of the DTDC Please help me out in this issue .
