DTDC — DTDC Courier tracking No. V[protected] part lost, part reached late in damaged condition | |||
This is with regards to the courier I sent using DTDC courier service on 15th April 2015 to Chengalpeth, Chennai from the Kammanahalli branch in Bangalore. The contents were three carton boxes full of handmade paper butterflies. I paid an amount of Rs.8580/- as courier charges for these boxes. I was promised that the courier would reach Chennai on 16th April 2015, which it did not. Only two of the three boxes reached the destination later, out of which one was completely damaged. When I followed up on phone, which I have been doing for more than two months now, with Kammanahalli branch as well as with the main branch at Chamrajpeth in Bangalore I was told by each branch that it was not their fault and that other other branch is at fault after several weeks of daily following up. I was also part of a conference call between officials from Kammanahalli and Chamrajpeth where they blamed each other for the late and damaged delivery instead of solving my problem of how I can be refunded for the losses that I have suffered. I find this to be extremely immature and unprofessional when adults from DTDC company start behaving like 5 year old children playing the blame game. I have been trying to get the refund as I have lost Rs.8580/- of the courier charges, and the lost goods were around Rs.3500/- Was this information helpful? | |||
