DTDC — DTDC didn't delivered my package

So I have ordered a package, and it is supposed to be delivered by DTDC, but instead of delivering my package, e they updated the status from their end as delivered. I didn't get any calls from DTDC that they are delivering my product, nor did I have any contact with them. I just received a message that my package has been delivered.

This happened yesterday (05/06/2026), and DTDC is not helping in any way to get my package.

I want my package from DTDC, which they aren't giving me
