DTDC — DTDC employee entered incorrect PIN in their system and parcel is never delivered

I have a consignment from Hyderabad through DTDC couriers with AWB#H27841081 booked on 7-Feb-2022. Seems like the entry by the booking executive was incorrect for PIN. He/She entered as 515004(Anantapur) instead of 575004(Mangalore). The tracking shows it's been rerouted multiple times between Anantapur, Bangalore and Hyderabad. I have raised multiple complaints with DTDC support, but in vain. It's 18-Feb-2022 and still the there is no tracking update since 16-Feb-2022. I tried writing to their customer support email - [protected]@dtdc.com but the mail got failed as that email id doesn't exist. There is not even single point of escalation for them to expedite. The Consignment has medicines related to my mother and they are very important. This may lead us to get her to the hospital for treatment which would have been avoided if the consignment is delivered in time.
