1) a consignment has been booked for "rakhi" festival, on[protected].
2) a period of week inclusive of weekdays were sufficient to deliver the consignment.
3) the situation is that a sister could not send rakhi to his brother on the day of fest (Comes once in a year only).
4) moreover surprise is that it still in transit, and i do not know the reason of this failure.

16th September I sent a courier from pune to Dehli in DTDC tracking its shown successfully delivered but still now its not delivered to the exact place. So please help me out.

Online tracking says - weekly off

I[censored] can’t deliver within 24 hrs, what is te need of paying additional amount for express delivery . If 22nd is weekly off, why wasn’t informed earlier about the delay in delivery . Worst service
