Vide Docket No. V24688874 we handed over one packet to M/s DTDC Express Limited Chandigarh(Head office bengaluru) on 7/10/2015 which they promised to deliver before 5pm/ 8/10/2015 at Bathinda station. This was promised by them as they are charging more for this DTDC+ service. And this has not been delivered as of now 17:46 hrs- 09/10/2015. As per them they are going to deliver it tomorrow . This was give to them thru their express service DTDC +. Due to Non-Delivery of letter on time, we & our customers faced huge loss in terms of Money & our credentials.
