.While booking the parcel of sweets to Thane from Kolkata DTDC at VIP Market, Phoolbagan, Kolkata, DTDC person advised me to book in National Blue service for the assured next day delivery. The charges for this service were almost double and I agreed to pay . But the consignment was delivered on 12 Nov.2015 evening i.e, almost after 93 hours. I booked the parcel vide c/n no.V24236845.
