DTDC — Fraudulent against charges for the courier

This is PANKAJ from INDORE city. I needed to ship a parcel from INDORE to JAIPUR on urgent basis for which I gave the charges for urgent delivery to the CONSIGNER. The BAIRATHI colony branch executive mr.SANDEEP took the wrong charges and lost my parcel. DTDC really dissatisfied with its service also they AIN"T returning my charges and even the parcel. The executive says he only knows how to book the parcel and he is not concerned where the parcel is. I really need a strict action against them. If they cannot ship my parcel they have no authority to keep it with them and reply the customers like this. PANKAJ INDORE city [protected] [protected]
