DTDC — goods (TV sets) damaged during courier

I sent two tv sets from chennai to gurgaon. consignment no. D20863963. screen of both tv sets were found damaged on recieving at gurgaon. total value of goods was written as 20000 on the consignment. the courier guys at gurgaon are not ready to entertain the complaint and the guys at chennai are saying that its liability at reciever city. pls do the needfull my contact no.
