DTDC — Hopeless service from DTDC Chennai

Dear Sir, We have sent a courier from Mysore to Chennai, the docket no is B21118055. The people at your Chennai office have refused to deliver to the location, if that was the case why was the courier accepted in the first place. And your people have updated the status as "ATTEMPTED", this is a complete lie, they have never attempted delivery other than make a phone call. The real reason should be "We are lazy to deliver". I hope this issue can be resolved ASAP, it is a bit silly that your ppl accept packages and then refuse to deliver it. Regards Vasanth
