DTDC — Incorrect Consignment Number / Shipment Tracking Issue

I am the recipient of a shipment being sent to me through DTDC. The consignment number provided to me appears to be incorrect, and I am unable to properly track the shipment.

The DTDC shipment receipt shows the consignment number as B[protected]. The shipment is currently showing at the Panjim, Goa courier facility, but there have been no further tracking updates.

Please verify the correct consignment number associated with this shipment and provide the current status. I would also like to know when the shipment is expected to leave the Panjim facility and be delivered to me.
