Hi have sent a parcel from Kolkata to Banglore with very important document regarding my VISA on 27th July and till now it is not delivered.

Every day I kept getting fake update on tracker saying out for delivery in the morning and then by end of day status changes to "couldn't attempt deliver due to COVID 19 ", after 5-6 days the status changed to "Receiver requested another delivery date" .
Let me tell you receiver never even received any call from them, since than I am calling out to them every day, to reach to customer care executive need to wait almost 15-20mins on hold and then they give same answer that they will check with team and update (But they actually do nothing).
I also tried raising query in thier system using thier form, but never got response. I even used facebook messenger to get update but same response.
Its been more than 15 days and still my parcel is not delivered. My visa process at final stage is going to get expire due to this.
I want to take action against them now for torturing like this and my financial and career loss.
I also requested them to send it back if they can't deliver but they don't give any response other than we will check with our team. Was this information helpful? |
