DTDC — Item is missed from the courier | |||
Hello DTDC, I me and my sister made courier from Bangalore to Bellary on 24th December 2015. in Moodalapalya Nagarabhavi main Road Bangalore 560072 DTDC counter. I have sent a gift item to my friend it costs 850 Rs. When she received the delivery nothing was there in the box. It means someone from DTDC has take the item. When we enquired about this to booking person, he arrogantly replied he dont know anything and he said you go and inform anyone he ll not bother. So i am putting my complaint here. After this i suggest ppl think before going to DTDC. I have attached my booking receipt. I have taken this seriously, it is not about money, it is about the trust. to win this complaint i will go to any extent. I will put my complaint in PMO website and in local consumer court too.
