DTDC — Jewelery stolen from packet

As discussed I did send courier through DTDC on below address

Pratibha Sodhani. Sodhani Sales Corporation . Kanti Bedi Market A.T. road Guahati – 781001 Assam on 21st Aug.

Courier was opened in between by someone and 4 packets of Imitations jewelry were taken out and only Saree was delivered. Someone opened brown tape and put white tape and took out jewellary from packet.

I have given packet to Bombay DTDC office need an answer and compensation for loss incurred and reason why packet was opened without customer consent. Issue is serious.
