DTDC — misbehaved by courier boy

Dear Sir/MamThis is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by DTDC company. I handed over the packet with C/n No. z50035219 and the case no is 00165319 March 18th, 2015 at DTDC Yamunanagar branch. And the staff member assured to deliver the packet within two-three days, but failed to fulfill his promise.Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but a delivery boy misbehaved with my wife and gone without delivering the courier, I never complained about any of your services during the past three years. But this time it was a big letdown.I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately. I shall look ahead to your reply.Sincerely, Brij Bhushan[protected]
