My courier tracking number is p36693915. I got a call in the afternoon from one of the branch offices that the courier had arrived in their location and to collect the courier from there. When i said that the courier is supposed to be delivered at the delivery address, he started spinning stories about how the courier had arrived his office by mistake and he will not deliver. If i needed my courier i had to go to his office otherwise he will send it back to main office and best of luck to me whenever i receive my courier after maybe 2 or 3 days. He was abusive and was an harrowing experience. Have tried reaching all helpline numbers of dtdc since then but most were unreachable while others were least bothered. Have received courier at same delivery address in the past and not able to understand the behaviour of their franchisee partners
