DTDC — Mobile Phone lost

My uncle sent me a mobile phone as a Gift it was sent from Bhagalpur Bihar from dtdc courier the Consignment no: V23820237 and when i recieved the package it was void and in place of the mobile phone there was a dummy phone of the same weight to retain the same weight .It was not expected from DTDC. Its really frustating as a consumer ..Even there
