I had booked a consignment in the DTDC, Sahidnagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India for USA on 7th April 2016. They had claimed that the consignment will reach the destination in 3-4 days with a maximum time of 7 days. Even after 8 days they have not bothered to call me and inform about the status of my item. I searched the nos of customer case and tried to find out the status. They said the item has been badly broken and they are returning the same to the source.
Because of their casual handing, I am bearing a loss of around Rs. 25000 and at the same time bad remarks from my client. When I am approaching them, they do not have any solution.

These people are so illiterate that they do not know how to resolve a customer complaint.
