DTDC — negligence

Hi, I had send my visa documents along with my educational certificates, birth and marriage certificate.In my presence they sealed the envelope with brown tape.I had couried my documents from Guwahati (Assam) to Mumbai. The envelope has been tampered very badly and the seal was open in a bad condition. My Good luck that i have not lost any of the documents. The quality of service is horrible, these guys take so much money and the service they provide is not at all reliable. Manasee Das.
