DTDC — No Clue of the location of my shipment which was returned

B[protected]Bangalore to Alleppey) Booked on 11th May Tracking saying that courier was returned back to bangalore from Alleppey on 14th May, 2015. I have tried calling DTDC office in Kochi, Alleppey, Basanagar, Bangalore and Doddanekundi Bangalore but no one has any idea where the courier is right now and the people in Basanagar and Doddanekundi offices were very rude. Complaint 1) The reason for returning the courier was that the area was not serviced (690517). Then why did u book the shipment and charge me the amount. I demand full refund. 2) Please return back the courier to me asap as it is urgent and invaluable to me. Thank You Prince
