I have sent a parcel to kottayam, kerala on 8th august. It’s not showing any tracking details and hasn’t delivered yet. I have messaged dtdc both in facebook and twitter. Fb team said they will get back to me and haven’t. I have another parcel with the same issue. When we go for tracking option, it’s dtdc’s responsibility to scan it and make dure data is showing. Right now its close to a month now and no sign of delivery.
