DTDC — No updation showing for more than 2 weeks

Address: DTDC, Howrah

I purchased sarees for my business purpose... It shipped from origin on 3/06/2026...Expected delivery showing 11/06/2026...But not received my parcel yet(19/06/2026).. And not showing any updates after 4th june 2026...last update showa it transit from howrah...I am already raised ticket on dtdc customer care.. But no use... I need my product... Plz take further action for my dispute
