Sub: Non delivery of R15738648
Considering the reputation of DTDC I decided to send an urgent cover to Chennai from Trichur, Kerala.
I sent on 01/09/2014. My son inform me today (03/09/2014) that he has not received it yet.
3 day delay is too much for a courier delivery.
When tracked for delivery status, it shows 'Out for delivery'.
Could you help me in some way.

My boy contacted Pallikkaranai Master Franchisee, Chennai.
They say the courier boy is on leave and that is why the delay.
My boy, working in software, offered them to do some service as courier boy for DTDC if they cant give proper service.
