[Resolved]  DTDC — Non receipt of consignment

Dear Sir, I had sent an envelope, containing some important documents to Gurgaon vide DTDC docket no. Z25230691 dated 30th July-14 from Varanasi. Though, as per the tracking report through net, it showed that courier reached Gurgaon on 3rd July-14 and out for delivery, but still it has not been delivered to the addressee. I, on behalf of my Co., send lot of documents through DTDC courier on regular basis since last 3 years. I have experienced that many a occasions couriers delivered abysmally late which are not at all desirable. This consignment is a important one, which should have been delivered in time. Kindly look in to the matter and expedite delivery of the same. Regards, G RANA
