[Resolved]  DTDC — Non receipt of my booked consignment even after 7 days

Dear sir This is bring it to your notice that the consignment bearing no: M03878963 booked on 4/3/2014 from THANE to MADURAI in Tamilnadu has yet to be delivered. Many a calls to your one india no 33004444 has been an utter failure as even after a wait of 10-12 minutes, the call got disconnected automatically. Even SMSs sent to your assigned [protected] for tracking has not yielded any response yet. After paying Rs.180 for the consignment & waiting for more than 7 days does not augur well for your proclaimed services. Dear Mr.Akshay I have already provided my delivery address in my earlier mail as given below. N.RAJAGOPALAN( f/o-R.kumar) PLOT NO :5, II STREET PANDYAN NAGAR A-KOSAKULAM ANAIYUR POST MADURAI-625017 MOB: [protected] Now this evening, someone from Madurai customer care [protected] called on my father’s no & told him to come to P & T NAGAR branch of your office to collect the said consignment as they don’t have delivery in the place marked in the address. My father who is nursing illness & 76 years old is certainly not in a position to visit the place to collect the consignment which again has only medicines sent from MUMBAI.
