Hi DTDC,
Your DTDC is most worrest service I have ever seen in my life. they are not delivered the product in expected time. actually we have given an order on 7/7/2015 and as per DTDC the delivery should be 9/7/2015. we have raised call and requested to deliver but the courier person came and he asking about address proof and we showed him the My Company identity card and voter id proof but he is not accepting the proofs which I have shown. is there any policy to accepting proofs let me know. we are irritated with DTDC service time. we will complaint with consumer court on this. please take action on the courier person. he don't know how to behave with customer and he is using dirty language.
