my product (dotzot tracking id:[protected] is not received yet...but it shows that it was delivered on 2 dec-14...
i repetitively write for the same thing to customer care executive...but they not properly reply
every time when i drop a email...your customer care executive call me and asking the same repetitive questions...they even not knowing my query/problem...after such long time...
today the first male executive can not able to answer my query...he simply hand over to lady who started conversation with "what is your problem/query?"
what the hell is going on over there?...if you are not able to resolve the said infront of me...and better to drop me a email...then i will go to consumer court for the same matter.
