DTDC — Not delivering again and again

I sent a shipment from Pune to Mumbai. Despite several days gone it was still undelivered. So I raised a complaint to DTDC customer care.
As a result the manager at the destination hub got upset and they immediately returned the shipment providing a fake status that customer rejected delivery.
It was an important parcel and customer never rejected the delivery, Rather no one visited the recipent address.

I sent it again from Pune to Mumbai. It's almost 10 days gone and the parcel is still at destination hub. It's not delivered.
DTDC sucks.
