DTDC — Not proper delivery of Document

Sir, With reference to the subject cited above, I have sent a very important and most urgent document from Jorhat, Assam to Girijananda Chowdhury Institute of Management & Technology, Azara, Guwahati, on 08/07/2014 through your well reputed DTDC courier & Cargo Ltd, Mithapukhuri Road, Jorhat office. The CN no. of the document was K 72452629 dt 08/07/2014. The document is still not received by the receipients. I have informed about the matter to the attendant of Jorhat Mithapukhuri Road DTDC office. But they have not taken any necessary measures to resolve the problem. As the matter is very urgent and time bound, I request you to look into the matter seriously and resolve it timely. Positive response from your side is highly solicited.
