DTDC — not received item

A parcel of mine was dispatched from Kolkata on 14th of May ; Docket number K78879436 . As it was an important parcel so i preferred DTDC. But to my disappointment i took a wrong decision . Rather i would have preferred some other courier service because till date ie 18th of May i haven't received my parcel. When i send my staff at your head office in Raipur which is in Ram Nagar, Gudiyari all the person says that it has arrived but we are not able to find that . In short my parcel is lost from your head office only . Either you people take some strict action against this or i will be forced to take this matter to consumer forum .
