DTDC — Not received the parcel , no contact by DTDC, stuffs missing | |||
Hi, I was supposed to get a parcel on 25 th of feburary sent from Asansol but I havent received. On 27th feb, I got to know from customer care that my parcel has been returned to the origin. When it returned to Origin, the stuffs were missing from the parcel. Is the courier company not responsible for the same and need to pay the amount . When I enquired about the parcel, I was told that the person who came to deliver the courier could not locate the address but here the problem was they had already taken out the stuffs from the courier. What they will deliver to me. Is this the service provided by DTDC courier . It's really disappointing for me . Please revert back with proper reply ..This wont be tolerated as we are facing a lot of problems due to you guys irresponsible behaviour. Was this information helpful? | |||
