DTDC — not receiving courier even though it's reached destination | |
DTDC courier booked on 24th Aug, reached Gurugram from Surat on 18th Aug. Customer is at home & not they r behaving rudely n telling "Not Delivered".. Also in Gyrugram hub they r not giving proper response & person was very rude. Its a big company & customers r facing such a big problem. Customer is absolutely at home whole day & nobody went for delivery. Hope customer will get the courier by tomorrow. Was this information helpful? | |
