I order plants as a surprise for my folks' birthdays last weekend but sadly the online tracking states that my order reached the Air Cargo facility at Yelahanka (DTDC) on 19th March when I was clearly instructed during my online payment that it would be delivered within two days. It's been three days no and there's no response and delivery! Should I take this as a fraudulent transaction and Sue the company who shipped my order or the firm from where I placed my order?
Really depressed...was planning on surprising my plant loving folks but I'm surprised by the apparent unresponsive team and non-delivery of an order!!!
