DTDC — Package returned withour attempt

Hi Sir, My name is Kamlesh and i had to deliver a package. The package was at Gurgaon for three days from 11may to 13may.After three days when i reached Gurgaon dtdc office i was told to speak to Vindyesh. When i went to speak to Vindesh he was not available at his counter. I spoke to Vishali who made me to talk to his manager on call. He listen to my compaint and left the phone un-attendant. I was told that the package was on the way to Calcutta. But nobody made any effort to ask it to return to gurgaon office. And the Manager name Raju Sharma was so un-professional he asked me to ask the sender to send the pachange again. What the hell this service is. I promis you i will never use DTDC. And i will make sure before i order anything from seller i ask them not to send any package by DTDC otherwise i will cancel the sales. My tracking number is K76375162. Regards, kamlesh kumar
