DTDC — Packet not delivered, Customer care not responding

More than 10 calls, and 3 emails in last 8 days to get a packet. In first attempt, it was not delivered since I was not on delivery address. I called up the courier guy in 10 minutes after he left the address, to request delivery next day, or to pick up from their office. But wow, they won't deliver, they won't confirm where exactly packet is?? Head office says it is with franchisee, and franchisee says its with Head office. And football is the customer himself.
