DTDC — Parcel delivered after a huge delay and completely damaged condition(C[protected]

We had couriered a frame from Chennai to Bhopal (Cn no. C[protected] through DTDC on 8th June 2015. It was supposed to be delivered in 3 working days but the same took 11 days to reach Bhopal after continuous follow ups and arguments with the service provider. We had also raised a complaint with the customer care : Complaint no :00444681 on 15th June 2015 and even then we had to keep calling them to get an update on the delivery status . We even called the Bhopal delivery centre(Branch [protected]) multiple time but they also did not help and kept telling that it has been misrouted 3 times and will be delivered shortly. Finally the parcel was delivered on 18th June 2015 in completely broken condition and the delivery man haphazardly handed and argued with my parents and got their signature on the delivery receipt and ran away. I am attaching the receipts scanned copy and photos of broken parcel . The branch (rangarajanpuram Chennai Branch) was utterly pathetic in helping from where the courier was send .
