DTDC — parcel has been delivered to different address, and not responding properly

dear officer, CN No, B15697770, parcel from bangalore to yellapur, it suppose to reach today(very importent parcel), dtdc has been send it to diffrent location, and if i call them now, they are talking some , im really unhappy with ur service. because of 1 day i had lost my so many business deal. i told them clearly send the parcel to very fast and secured maner, but they took it lightly... pls help
