DTDC — parcel has not reached

I am Ananthakrishna kamath . I had sent a parcel through dtdc courier on 28th April 2015. That parcel was sent to 'merchant returns unit no 1, Khewat/Khata No: 373/400 Mustatil No. 31, Village Taoru, Tehsil Taoru, District Mewat. On Bilaspur - Taoru Road, Mewat, H R 122105'. Tracking no: B19196090 . This has reached Gurgaon in the begining of the may month. Why it has not reached the destination still? In accordance to my information destination is situated very near to Gurgaon. It is at the 2hrs distance. If you can't deliver to the right place. What does it mean? Earlier an email was sent by me asking the status. Repeatedly I have called. NO answer from the company. Is it the way customers are treated? I have read complaint similar to that of mine regarding your delivery system. This really annoying and an event of breaking customer's trust

I am Chandrasekhar. I had sent one mobile thru DTDC on September 5th to Kerala but no tracking information since 6th of September. DTDC people still searching since one month. Docket Number is D24070477. Even they are asking still sometime for find out the mobile. Mobile Cost is Rs.13999/- They don't have responsibility and worst courier service. I couldn't understand what should i do now?
