and Technology Government of India I am going to logged an complaint ( FIR ) regarding the Dtdc courier and the franchise of Gangtok related to my case . I am also approaching Akosha Team fro tracking my case and to the Ministry of Consumer Affair for the better result Note:
I do not want any system generated mail As the CNN No. is pasted by
Gangtok franchise is wrong ( Its fault of there). My case is pending
fro many day and no action is take n against the people who have
misplaced my parcel. The consignment no. is tracked then it shows
already delivered to siliguri location that to in back date

Hi I would like start off with the information about my package ( F[protected] . I was supposed to receive it on 19th december . It was Police watch that was coming from Hyderabad . on friday night I checked the tracking status It was " Out for delivery " . Again even not receiveing on saturday I rechecked at night which told " Delivered on friday " I stay in a PG accomodation, I have been receiving a lot of couriers I do get a call always as the package is delivered to my owner . but this time no call came and even no package . next day being a sunday i could not contact dtdc customer care nor the franchise . On monday( 22 dec ) and tuesday( 23 dec ) i waited, There was no sign of my package . on 24th after getting the franchise no. that is just a few yards away from my place i called him at 5.45 pm . He told me directly that it has been handed to my owner, and on this hand my owner denied so I asked the manager to send the guy who delivered at my place with the papers where the signature and the number is taken . he promised me that the guy would reach by 6.30 . The person reached my place by 7.30 .He said that he was not the person who was assigned on friday to deliver packages . and also he didnot have the papers ... iand hence giving me his number he said " i will check and ask the person where has he delivered " . On the same day i visited the franchise myself at 8.00 . And i found the manager .I requested him to look into the matter . He assured me that post christmas he would find my package out by 26th december . On 26th I gave him a call at 4.30 cause that is the time i get off my work . The manager answered that the courier guy has not yet come to the office . That was the day i took the number of the regional manager from the manager with the hope that they would take some action and fasten the process . on calling her i.e Miss Nita . She took the manager on con call and advised him to end the case by sat. ( 27 dec ) . On sat the manager gave me a call in the afternoon and had a very new story to tell me He said that they are not getting any documents i.e the sheets of the signature and the phone no. hence they understood that the package on reaching Bangalore hadnt come out of the branch to be dispatched to the respective franchise . I couldnt really understand and went to the franchise office . There the manager worthlessly showed me the sheets of 19th dec delivered parcels and told that my package no. wasnt there, later on asking him that if this was the matter why was tracking online showing the parcel was delivered on 19th ???? He said it was his mistake as he was the person making that entry . and then he provided me with the branch manager Mr. Ulagnathan . On speaking to him on 29th december . He told that they will work on it on 31st December . on 31st december I got a call from him and He told a new story that the manager of the franchise has accepted the fact that they have lost the parcel ... and that now i need to ask the person who sent the courier from hyderabad to write him a mail which he would escalate to the higher officials . and i did the same as asked . But now he is telling to take it further to the place where he booked the mail .

It was a birthday gift for me . emotions where attached .. May i ask that how much more time do i need to wait already 16 days are over I dont get it who is hiding whose mistake ???.. its really getting tooo serious now . I am speecless . I am not getting any emai id of higher officials too so that i can send them the trail mails too . This is highly unexpected .
