DTDC — Parcel Missing from

I had purcahsed shoes online but because of wrong size I returned them to seller. I sent my parcel through DTDC on 18th June 2015. Seller was not able to receive the parcel as the delivery boy was saying the address is not correct. Seller requested so many times to the delivery boy but he refused to handover it. Finally DTDC Delhi branch resent it to me (Pune) Since 5 days I am getting online status as the parcel is in DTDC Pimpri office. I called many time to Wanowrie branch but they are saying that they haven't received it. Today when I called them in the afternoon they said that the parcel is missing and because I had not bought insurance for the same, they can't refund it. This was the first time when I sent parcel through DTDC and my experience with you is really really bad. AWB number for the said product is D21591207
